INOC & ODNE Connect Group Meeting # 4 -
4 Roles of an intervener

Tim Nash and Markus Schwemmle will be co-hosting this INOC+ODNE connect group evening. In addition to networking and getting to know the INOC and ODNE networks, we will be introducing the concept of „4 roles of an intervener“.  This is a simple, yet cutting-edge tool to facilitate robust dialogue and collective problem-solving.

Goals

  • Getting to know the concept of "4 roles of an intevener" from a cultural perspective (Germany & USA)
  • Reflecting the concept from a systemic and gestalt perspective
  • Networking & getting to know the INOC and ODNE network

Content

In addition to networking and getting to know the INOC and ODNE networks, we will be introducing the concept of „4 roles of an intervener“.  This is a simple, yet cutting-edge tool to facilitate robust dialogue and collective problem-solving.

Tim and Markus will also offer perspectives from their personal, professional and cultural backgrounds. Therefore you will at least get to know the perspective from our personal cultural backgrounds USA and Germany. They will show you, what happens to a concept from a language perspective (English & German) and together with you will look at it from a systemic and a gestalt perspective (which is of course no contradiction at all!).
