INOC Meeting 2015

More than 40 participants, among them professionals from leading international companies and universities, came together in Wiesloch, Germany on May 29 and 30, 2015 to discuss their views and experiences of the meeting's leitmotif "Dialogic Organization Development and Organizational Coaching".

The agenda was packed with inspiration! Three speakers provided us with great food for thought for the development of cutting-edge approaches for organization and culture development as well as business coaching. After each talk, the participants discussed in small groups how the speakers' input can be integrated with organization development and business coaching in an international context. Results of these discussions were then presented in the plenum.

All participants emphasized the need for the further development of the ideas and approaches shared during these two days. We hope that next year's meeting will attract even more participants from all over the world, so we can gather a diverse spectrum of international experiences and views.
